Dear UWHEN Board,

A few quick updates for you:

FALL WORKSHOPS

Attached is the list of fall workshop registrations as of today for each venue. Please spread the word on your campuses and encourage women (and encourage your leadership to encourage women in their areas) to attend. Thanks to Michelle and Dorothy at WSU, Anjali and Jan at SLCC, and Carole and Florence (and Cheri) at DSU for dedicated site coordination, and Bonnie at BYU for managing the registration database. We are on track for three awesome events!

BOARD MEETING

We are holding our first board meeting on the same day and in the same building as the SLCC workshop specifically so that every board member can attend both (lofty goal, but we can do it!). There is much to discuss at the board meeting and possibly some decisions to be made regarding operational processes that will accommodate UWHEN leadership transitions in the future. Your ideas and perspectives are critical so please arrange your schedules to attend if at all possible. Helga will send our usual Doodle poll as the date draws near.

UWHEN DROPBOX

We have changed the login email for the UWHEN Dropbox account. It was uwhen@uvu.edu but that email account was deleted and we opted to create a generic account for now that is not insitution-specific but will accommodate Dropbox security/password recovery, etc. The new Dropbox email login is uwhenboard@gmail.com. This email is only for Dropbox login at this time.
