Dear UWHEN Board,

Welcome to another exciting year! I’ve received several responses to yesterday’s Fall Workshop email and it seems the thread of enthusiasm is active across the state. Thank you for spreading the UWHEN energy on your campus. It’s infectious!

I have one fabulous piece of news to share: Dr. Daneece Huftalin, Interim President at Salt Lake Community College, has agreed to be the UWHEN Presidential Sponsor this year. She has worked with Dr. Madsen over the years and is a strong UWHEN supporter and advocate. Please join me in welcoming President Huftalin as our new Presidential Sponsor.
