Dear Board,

Please respond to Jan as soon as possible to let her know if you can host a session. The ones that still need a host are listed below. This is a simple role, and even if you are not already attending one of these sessions, it’s easy to host one and then move over to the session you plan to attend.   With the number of us on the board, I’m confident there are plenty who can step in and help with this effort.

Jan is coordinating session hosts.  Please respond to her directly. Details on what it takes to be a  session host are also listed below.  The packets will be available for you to pick up at registration.

Thank you!
Shirlayne

UWHEN Colleagues—

If you are planning to attend the conference, would you be willing to act as a host for a breakout session? You may want to host a session (or two!) you are planning to attend.

Here are the sessions http://uwhen.org/images/UWHEN_2015_Spring_Conf_Short_Program.pdf

The sessions that still need hosts are:

·         Morning:

o   Leading from Who, Where & What You Are

o   Daring Greatly: An Elemental Book Discussion

o   Exploring, Defining & Creating Your Leadership Space

·         Afternoon:

o   Raindrops to Rivers

o   Utah Women Leading: A Scavenger Hunt

o   Opening the Pink Box

o   Busy Women

Session host responsibilities are:

·         At the conference registration desk, ask to be directed to the session packet pick-up location

·         Pick up your session packet

·         Arrive at the session room about five minutes early to distribute evaluations at each seat

·         Greet your speaker(s)/introduce yourself

·         Let the speaker(s) know that you will be welcoming the audience

·         Introduce the speaker(s)

·         Collect evaluations at the end of the session

You may host 2 sessions—one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Please “Reply All” at your earliest convenience and indicate your first and second choices for morning and afternoon. That way everyone can see which sessions are taken.

Thank you so much in advance for your assistance!
