Employee Performance Measures and rewards question

Hello fellow ISO's!
My trusted security friends, I have a question not directly relating to security, and hope that you might be able to provide some information.
I involved on a compensation committee looking to improve how performance is measured and rewarded for the staff (full time/benefited).
Would you be able and willing to share what your schools are currently doing in this area, and what any plans might be for future improvements?
One of my roles here at Snow right now is the Staff Association President, we are all working hard to improve our Staffers experience.
