[USHE-ISO] DDoS activity

Has anyone been experiencing DDoS or excessive packets coming from Cloudflare IPs? We've been mitigating a potential attack since 9am and I was curious if anyone else is seeing it. These are the worst IPv4 offenders, we blocked IPv6 as part of our mitigation.
