1. I plan on being there on May 10th for the whole day, NISST, lunch, and ISO session. Shaun will likely be there as well. Please add Shaun to the ISO list.
2. I know we've kind of talked about this before, but I'd be interested in getting the groups opinions on the security tools that give the most bang for the buck. I may have a little money to spend on a new tool and just wondering what other people would do. Or maybe what are the top 5 tools that you deem as must-haves.

Hi all,
I stood up a new mailing list for the time being as a remedy to the DMARC issues I've been having with the UofU hosted list. New list address is ushe-iso@lists.dixie.edu
We are slated to meet Friday May 10th at SLCC in conjunction with the USHE NISST group. NISST will hold their general session before lunch, then we will break out for our ISO meeting after lunch. Everyone is welcome at the NISST session in the morning. Since not all in this group are involved in NISST, I will forward the NISST meeting agenda once its finalized.
Two action items:
- Please let me know if you plan to attend on May 10th and what parts
you plan to be there for (i.e. both NISST, lunch, and ISO sessions or just the ISO session in the afternoon) 2. Please send any agenda items you would like to cover during our ISO session
Some agenda items I'm thinking of: Legislative initiative or rather lack thereof and new strategies for System infosec efforts Security Assessments update
Thanks, Andrew
