Battery running rPi, usb hub, and external usb wifi nic acting as an AP. All indications are this setup could run for hours.
The battery pack will actually push the big AP too... not sure how much time we'd get out of it.

Do you have your pi image you could push up somewhere? Mine is busted...

I'd second that request. I've got hardware I think I've got running properly, but getting the radius-wpe and hostapd configured properly to make UConnect barf up creds is making me want to pull my hair out...

Atheros chipset, word is you must have a separately powered USB hub for this card, it's too much for the rPi on its own.
