I'll second that.

No, we certainly could and should still get together on a work session / retreat before we get too far into the cycle.  My preference would be to do it before we do any assessments.

Assuming if we go right into audits, we still get together for a couple days, just later.  Or are we talking now, or next summer?  I do t really care when the retreat happens, so long as it happens.

Hey guys,

Not sure that I've mentioned it to the team as a whole, but we are re-upped for the next couple fiscal years.

We had flirted with the idea of a couple day retreat...  summer has been crazy for me so I didn't really have time to put it together and I don't think we can slip one in before the start of semesters at this point.

So a couple of options....

1.  Get together for a couple of days in mid-September for a gear/tactics/strategery meeting then plan on an assessment mid-November
2.  Jump right in and try to get an assessment going in September / early October, then try to fit another one in November.  October is always busy with SAINTcon and other infosec stuff it seems like.

Next assessment is Weber, followed by Dixie.

Thoughts?  Reply here or jump on Rocketchat and discuss.

Thanks,
Andrew
