Sorry for the plethora of assessment related email the last couple weeks. Matt brought up the question of what does the rest of the schedule look like.
tl;dr; version
1. Jake/Dustin let us know what works for you at UVU 2. Everybody look at the proposed SUU schedule and decide what you want to do. 3. Fall is too far away to schedule anything. CIOs willing, we will start over, probably at Weber in September or October.
So we are here:
UVU: May 8 - 12th or May 15 - 19th (I've heard in the affirmative on these weeks from everyone coming here except Jake / Dustin. You guys are probably the tie-breaker on which week we do UVU)
SUU: So was talking with Mark last week and he suggested that SUU could do the following weeks accounting for UVU being in May and the Utah Summer Games in Cedar early to mid-June which make it expensive/impossible to get hotel rooms in Cedar:
April 10 - 14 or April 17-21 (These are a quick turnaround, we'd have to start getting ready now. Keep in mind these are the weeks before and after Easter if that stomps on family plans and/or school breaks with your kids, etc.) June 19 - 23 Summer games are done by then, drawback is campus is pretty dead in the summer.
