We are a couple weeks out on this so just wanted to provide some more info and get some feedback from everybody. Forgive the lengthy email.
Room at UVU will be SC 213C. This is upstairs in the student center near the food court.
If you bring a State vehicle, parking should be pretty simple. Most any lot and any spot labeled for state vehicles is fair game. UVU is checking on getting personal plates exempted for those two days, if that doesn't pan out you'll need to park in their pay structure and plan on getting reimbursed. USHE will cover travel expenses for those of us staying in Orem for the meeting, similar to an assessment, just run travel through your institution then have them bill up to Matt at the U. Let me know ASAP if you want me to arrange a room off 800 North where the SUU guys and I are staying.
I expect that we will get started around 8:30 - 9:00 AM Monday morning. Straggle in as traffic permits. We also have the room scheduled for Tuesday for as long as we need although I figure to wrap up mid-afternoon Tuesday so we can get a head start on traffic, especially those of you heading north.

- Have tentative dates with Weber, lay out tentative order for the remaining schools for this fiscal year.
Reporting
- MITRE and CIS integration
- Templates and speeding up delivery of the report
- Additional elements requested by CIOs
Strategies & Tactics
- What is our overall strategy to assist USHE institutions?
- Take a good hard look at our current practices and tactics, decide what still works, what we need to change, drop, or add
Gear and Toolkits Review
- Work on gear, clean up and rework VMs, assess what software and new toys/tools we need for upcoming rounds.
- I will bring all the mobile gear up with me.
